Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
🔹 Manage tax administration, performance management, and cost-revenue analysis.
🔹 Develop and implement financial and operational strategies aligned with company goals.
🔹 Ensure efficient transaction processing, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
🔹 Lead the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and budget forecasts.
🔹 Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and SEC reporting requirements.
🔹 Supervise and develop the Finance & Operations team, fostering a culture of high performance.
