Job Summary

Norrenberger Financial Group is seeking a detail-oriented and professional NYSC Front Desk Intern to provide first-class reception and client service support. This role is pivotal in maintaining our front-office ambience, managing client interactions, and supporting operational excellence.

Job Details

• Manage the ambience of the Front Office/Reception area and Meeting Rooms to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
• Warmly receive and attend to guests and visitors in line with the company’s service standards.
• Receive, sign for, and distribute incoming mail and packages from courier companies and other sources.
• Manage e-mail correspondences and enquiries from internal and external clients via the Client Service group e-mail address.
•  Handle incoming calls to the official telephone number from clients, prospects, and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Implement service standards to maintain client confidence in Norrenberger’s understanding of their needs and objectives.
• Log client complaints, determine the cause, communicate possible resolutions, liaise with internal teams for resolution, and escalate to the Unit Lead when necessary.
• Provide product and service information to potential clients and recommend suitable offerings to meet their objectives.

Requirements

• Current Batch B1 NYSC member posted to Abuja.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. 
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
