Job Summary
Norrenberger Advisory Partners is seeking an Associate, Financial Advisory to support its corporate finance and transaction advisory practice. The role involves conducting market research, executing feasibility studies, building financial models, and developing business cases for large-scale projects. The Associate will contribute to the structuring and execution of transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and restructuring, while providing strategic insights to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, sector analysis, and feasibility studies to guide client decisions.
- Support structuring and execution of financial transactions (M&A, capital raising, restructuring).
- Build robust financial models and valuations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and transaction materials.
- Assist in negotiations and transaction documentation.
- Develop business cases and assess project risks.
- Support business development and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
- 5–7 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and interact with senior clients.
