Job Summary
As the Equity Portfolio Manager, you will support the management of equity portfolios, conduct in-depth research, and contribute to the achievement of portfolio performance targets.
Job Details
- Manage equity portfolios in line with the company's investment strategies and client objectives.
- Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with benchmark returns and risk parameters.
- Execute trade orders efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of equity securities to identify investment opportunities.
- Stay updated on macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and company-specific news.
- Prepare detailed research reports and provide actionable investment recommendations.
- Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports for internal and client review.
- Communicate investment rationale and portfolio updates to the Head of Investment Management.
- Assist in responding to client inquiries and providing insights on market developments.
- Ensure all investment activities adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Monitor portfolio risk exposures and recommend adjustments when necessary.
- Work closely with the broader Investment Management team to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
- Support ad hoc projects as directed by the Head of Investment Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in equity research, portfolio management, investment analysis, or asset management.
- Strong understanding of equity markets and investment strategies.
