Key Responsibilities:
- Drive deposit mobilization and loan origination
- Identify and onboard new clients and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Support the execution of business development strategies
- Prepare basic reports on sales performance and market activities
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior banking or microfinance experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of banking products and customer engagement
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to business development
- Must currently reside in Abuja
