Job Summary
Grayson's Trust is Hiring!!! The Head of Trust provides strategic leadership and overall oversight for the Trustee Services function, ensuring the effective structuring, administration, and management of private and public trust mandates across all client segments. The role holder is accountable for fiduciary integrity, regulatory compliance, client confidence, and the sustainable growth of the Company. The role ensures that all trust activities are executed in strict alignment with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards, while safeguarding the Company’s reputation and risk posture.

Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Estate Management, or related field (LLB, BSc, or equivalent).
- Professional Qualification : Relevant certification in trust, wealth, or estate planning is an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 8-10 years of working experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, private wealth management, or estate planning with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian trust laws, estate planning frameworks, probate procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex trust structures.
- Proven client advisory and relationship management capability, particularly with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong understanding of fiduciary risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Trust Administration or Trust Accounting Systems
