Job Summary
Norrenberger Financial Group is Hiring!!! The Project Implementation Strategist will be responsible for leading, planning, monitoring, and executing strategic projects that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to ensure the successful implementation of corporate initiatives across the Group.
Job Details
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives across the subsidiaries.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with senior management to align project objectives with the company’s corporate strategy.
- Drive execution of key business transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Conduct research and feasibility studies for market expansion opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop KPIs and performance tracking systems to measure project success.
- Provide regular reports and insights on project progress, risks, and impact to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or PMP certification is an added advantage.
KNOWLEDGE & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, or business consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of executing strategic initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of financial services, capital markets, and investment management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
