Job Summary

Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner by addressing inquiries and providing accurate information as required. Primarily manage the onboarding process for all new client relationships while supporting other administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional, timely, and courteous communication at all times.
  • Manage client inquiries, complaints, and requests, escalating issues where necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and internal engagements to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients by ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update relevant systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, including procurement, stocking, and distribution of stationery and equipment.
  • Coordinate office facility maintenance, including repairs, cleaning services, and general upkeep to ensure a safe and conducive work environment.
  • Monitor and coordinate the usage and maintenance of company vehicles, where applicable.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned to support organizational objectives.
