NYSC Administrative Intern

Job Summary

The Admin Intern supports the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization. The admin intern will support with maintaining records, managing correspondence, supporting HR and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Job Details

• Provide general administrative support to the team and ensure smooth office operations
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, dispatch, courier coordination)
• Support HR functions such as staff documentation, filing, and updating employee records
• Support inventory/store management and proper record-keeping of items
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments when required
• Support facility management tasks and ensure the office environment is well-maintained
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum of Second-Class Upper from an accredited university
• B.Sc. in a numerical/quantitative course
• Currently Serving (NYSC Batch A, 2026)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
