Job Summary

Norrenberger Financial Group is seeking a smart, articulate, and customer-oriented NYSC Intern to join our Client Experience Team as a Front Desk Intern. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a corps member to gain hands-on experience in client service, front office administration, and corporate communications within a leading financial services group. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the delivery of exceptional client service.

Job Details

  • Manage the overall ambience, cleanliness, and professionalism of the Front Office/Reception area and meeting rooms at all times.
  • Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Maintain accurate visitor records, including sign-in/sign-out procedures and visitor tag issuance.
  • Receive, file, and securely store client forms and documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Receive, acknowledge, and appropriately distribute incoming mails and courier packages.
  • Manage and respond to enquiries received through the Client Service email channels.
  • Handle incoming calls from clients, prospects, and vendors professionally and promptly.
  • Support the implementation of service standards that enhance client satisfaction and confidence in the organization.
  • Escalate client complaints where necessary and support the resolution process to ensure timely closure.
  • Respond to product and service enquiries, providing relevant information and directing prospects to appropriate business units.

Requirements

  • Currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and available for immediate deployment, preferable Batch A2/B1 2026
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
